The State of the State: A More Accurate Depiction
Governor Herbert claimed in his 2013 State of the State address that Utah is “strong.” He has previously and similarly stated that Utah is “on solid footing.”
To make such a claim is to ignore, intentionally or otherwise, a number of profound problems created by the government. Libertas Institute’s report, “The 2013 Real State of the State,” was written in response so as to provide Utahns with a more complete and substantive view of the state and its activities.
