This bill prohibits law enforcement from using a person's biometric information, such as a fingerprint of facial scan, to access the person's electronic device.

Libertas supports this bill. People should not be required or requested to incriminate themselves, and given the ease of doing so by using biometric information, this legislation is necessary.
