SJR 3 (Tangible Personal Property Tax Exemption)

Libertas supports this bill. The tangible personal property tax is a burdensome and duplicative tax that adds a heavy compliance cost to business owners. We support its repeal, and this constitutional amendment facilitates a substantial relief from this tax.
