SB 177 (Scholarships for Special Needs Students)

Libertas Institute supports this bill.

This bill creates a scholarship program so families of special needs children can provide them the best education possible. Unlike vouchers, this program would offer an opportunity for parents to go beyond choosing where their child is educated to having a say in how their child is educated.

Libertas supports this bill. Utah parents need a solution that is more flexible and most importantly can serve many more special needs students.
