HB 383 (Utah Medical Cannabis Act Amendments)

This bill modifies the Utah Medical Cannabis Act to eliminate a requirement for cannabis to be in a blister pack, increase the number of patients for whom a physician can issue a recommendation, and reducing the age limit for patients to access their medical cannabis.

Libertas supports this bill. These provisions address concessions we made during the negotiation process and we fully support the added freedom and flexibility these changes would bring.
