SB 105 (Hemp and Cannabinoid Act Amendments)

This bill eliminates the pilot project for growing industrial hemp, now that it has been approved federally. The bill also expands the definition of a hemp product to include all cannabinoids, not just cannabidiol.

Libertas suppors this bill. These are reasonable and incremental changes in light of changing federal law.
