  HB76 is an awesome bill!!! Criminals are already concealed carrying without a permit so we may as well have law abiding citizens doing it as well. HB268 Is a common sense bill that needs to be passed. Why should someone get charged with disorderly conduct for doing something that is perfectly legal and a god given right. HB114 is the most important bill I think in regards to the second ammendment that we right now in Utah because we can't control really what the feds do but we can make Utah even better than it is now as far as gun contol goes. This bill is a must pass in my eyes and in doing so I think we would bring in alot of big bussiness such as Magpul which is looking to leave Colorado. It would be good for the people and for the economy. I say pass all 3 and keep working to protect our constitutional rights and making Utah a better place to live. Thank you

  You cannot regulate stupidity into oblivion. I do think the regulations surrounding concealed permits needs to stay in place, to HB76 should not be passed, but the other two bills (HB114 and HB268) are acceptable as they open freedoms up rather than restrict them.

  Our rights come from God. The Declaration of Independence states this fact, and The Declaration of Independence establishes the legal authority of the Constitution. The first 10 amendments to the Constitution are non-negotiable because they are merely a clarification of the fact that individual rights come from God.

  It is simply unamerican to do anything to take away guns. The 2nd ammendment was put there for a reason. It was a way to stop corrupt government from taking over. Any government official who is in favor of taking away 2nd ammendment rights is corrupt in my mind and going against the 2nd ammendment. What is next freedom of speech. We have already lost to much, its time to take a stand and tell government officials no more!!

  All three are critical to the maintenance of our right to keep and bear arms. So sad that we have gotten to the point where we have to urge and educate those we send to represent us to do just that. The second amendment is our open or concealed carry permit. Pity we have found it necessary to legislate redundance.

  Norm Forbush in Cedar City is against HB76 because he has an economic interest in keeping the current concealed carry laws. He is a concealed carry instructor and receives remuneration by teaching concealed carry classes. In other words, he sucks on Utah's teat by using the current concealed carry law that limits constitutional freedoms to extort payment from those who attend his classes. While his classes may not be useless to everyone, they are useless to those of us that have more and better training than he has.

  If you only pass one of these three bills, please pass Constitutional carry. Otherwise, please think about the safety of your constituents and pas all three.
