Libertas Institute’s activities fall into four categories, each of which finds its focus in a Center organized to specialize in and advocate for a specific set of policies.
Three of our Centers each deal with an aspect of our three-fold mission to support and defend individual liberty, private property, and free enterprise. These focus on issues within Utah. The fourth deals with the relationship between Utah and the federal government, specifically focusing on the Tenth Amendment and how Utah can and should resist unconstitutional mandates.
