With the Supreme Court affirming the alleged constitutionality of the individual mandate, conservatives and constitutionalists alike are looking for alternative solutions to rejecting the latest version of federal health care regulations known as “Obamacare”. The solution with the most historical precedent, principled foundation, and potential for success is what Thomas Jefferson called the “rightful remedy”—nullification.
To oppose the mandate, states must nullify Obamacare.
